About the role
- You take care of the individual insurance needs of our clients in the area of pension and retirement provision
- You serve as the point of contact for topics related to occupational (company) and private retirement provision for our client base
- You handle portfolio servicing for our corporate and private clients
- You are responsible for the complete, as far as possible case-closing, processing of matters
- You work closely with our internal service team and independently conduct annual review meetings
- You advise on and present proposals for corporate benefit concepts (focus: company pension schemes – bAV, company health insurance – bKV, occupational income protection and time accounts)
- You expand our network through targeted sales activities and are responsible for acquiring new clients
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen), a relevant university degree or equivalent qualifications
- Alternatively, career changers with relevant expertise are welcome
- A strong passion for customer service and close client relationships
- Comfortable working with a team-oriented mindset and in our family-like working environment
