About the role
- You handle the individual insurance needs of our clients in the pensions/retirement planning area.
- You act as a point of contact on matters of occupational and private pension provision for our client base.
- You take responsibility for account management of our corporate and private clients.
- You are responsible for complete, preferably case-closing processing of cases.
- You work closely with our internal sales team and independently conduct annual review meetings.
- You advise on and present proposals for corporate benefit concepts (focus: occupational pensions [bAV], company health insurance [bKV], company income protection and time accounts).
- You expand our network through targeted sales activities and are responsible for acquiring new clients.
Requirements
- Completed training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d), a relevant university degree, or equivalent; alternatively, convincing expertise as a career changer.
- A passion for client service and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Comfortable with a "we" mindset and able to thrive in our family-style working environment.
