About the role

  • Assessing the individual insurance needs of our clients in the area of retirement and provision
  • Acting as the contact person for matters relating to occupational and private pension provision for our client base
  • Account management for our corporate and private clients
  • Complete, preferably case-closing processing of cases and requests
  • Close collaboration with internal sales/support and independently conducting annual review meetings
  • Advising on and proposing corporate benefits concepts (focus: occupational pensions (bAV), company health insurance (bKV), company income protection and time account arrangements)
  • Expanding the network through sales activities and new client acquisition

Requirements

  • Completed training as an insurance and financial services clerk, a relevant university degree, or equivalent qualifications
  • Alternatively: career changers with relevant expertise are welcome
  • A passion for customer service and a strong commitment to client satisfaction
  • Comfortable with a team-oriented (“we”) mindset and our family-style working environment
