About the role

  • Assess individual insurance needs of our clients in the area of retirement provision
  • Serve as a point of contact for company and private retirement provision topics for our client base
  • Manage the portfolio of our corporate and private clients
  • Complete handling of cases, aiming for case closure where possible
  • Close cooperation with our internal/inside sales team and independently conduct annual review meetings
  • Advise on and propose corporate benefit concepts
  • Expand the network through targeted sales activities and new client acquisition

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an insurance and financial services clerk, a relevant university degree, or an equivalent qualification
  • Alternatively, career changers with relevant expertise are welcome
  • Passion for client care and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Comfortable with a team-oriented 'we' mentality and our family-like working environment
