About the role
- Assess individual insurance needs of our clients in the area of retirement provision
- Serve as a point of contact for company and private retirement provision topics for our client base
- Manage the portfolio of our corporate and private clients
- Complete handling of cases, aiming for case closure where possible
- Close cooperation with our internal/inside sales team and independently conduct annual review meetings
- Advise on and propose corporate benefit concepts
- Expand the network through targeted sales activities and new client acquisition
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an insurance and financial services clerk, a relevant university degree, or an equivalent qualification
- Alternatively, career changers with relevant expertise are welcome
- Passion for client care and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Comfortable with a team-oriented 'we' mentality and our family-like working environment
