• Oversee manufacturing operations for the Torrington adhesive production site, managing reactor operations through chemical mixing, process, and filling
• Align schedules, labor, materials, and process controls to meet production, cost, and delivery objectives while maintaining safe and stable operations

• Develop and maintain cultural Customer Intimacy by providing prompt, accurate, and professional support that engages with customers, both external and internal, then establishes needs, responds to those needs, closes the transaction, and follows up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide best-in-class customer support by promptly answering inquiries, accurately processing orders, forwarding SDS and technical product literature.
• Ensure customers are promptly advised when expectations targets must be changed by following up proactively on quality issues, shipment delays, offering backorder options, and providing updates and resolutions.
• Calculate and provide accurate quotes and pricing requests; partner with Sales to determine exceptions and promotional pricing arrangements.
• Organize and expedite customer orders by recognizing urgency, upselling, and coordinating with S&OP and Production to meet demand priorities.

• Manage Try & Buy equipment leasing programs including credit validations, documenting, billing, following up, and converting rental agreements.
• Manage company sales data and quality controls by accurately maintaining data entry points and address books; engage Production, AE, and S&OP for orders requiring R&D.

Customer Support Representative

Producer

• Optimize reactor operations: plan/manage daily reactor schedules, allocate labor and materials, and ensure efficient process execution to meet production goals
• Improve and maintain a safe, compliant work environment by enforcing EH&S policies, conducting safety audits, addressing hazards, and ensuring compliance with chemical manufacturing regulations including OSHA PSM
• Ensure consistent product quality and compliance by collaborating with Quality and R&D, monitoring in-process parameters, and resolving deviations to meet specifications
• Lead and develop production team: coach supervisors and operators, conduct performance reviews, and foster accountability, teamwork, and skill growth across shifts
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM to reduce waste, improve yield, and enhance equipment reliability
• Manage maintenance coordination for reactor equipment: prioritize work orders, align with engineering on repairs and upgrades, and ensure preventive maintenance schedules

Senior Production Manager

Mechanical Engineer

• Deliver robust electrical and firmware solutions by independently managing assigned design tasks, contributing to larger development projects, and producing functional systems that meet performance, timing, and cost targets
• Advance circuit and embedded system design by selecting and simulating components, designing analog/digital circuits, and developing embedded code for microcontroller-based platforms used in UV curing equipment.
• Ensure design validation and compliance by planning and executing engineering analysis and lab testing for thermal performance, noise filtering, and regulatory compliance, including CE, EMI/EMC, and UL/CSA standards
• Produce and maintain engineering documentation by generating schematics, test plans, technical specifications, and design verification reports that satisfy internal quality standards and Design History File (DHF) requirements.
• Collaborate across the product development lifecycle by engaging with cross-functional peers to refine system requirements, resolve technical challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and outcomes.

Electrical Design Engineer

• Lead execution of quality strategy, people development, and regulatory compliance across Dymax manufacturing sites
• Translate global quality strategy into site-level execution and operationalize corporate initiatives across plants
• Oversee product release and scale-up testing; direct end-to-end quality control across incoming, in-process, and final product stages
• Lead major quality issue resolution and direct cross-functional response teams to elevate customer quality performance
