About the role
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Process and validate supplier invoices accurately and on time
- Maintain and organize financial and supplier documentation
- Follow up on invoice-related inquiries with internal teams and external partners
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Contribute to monthly and annual closing activities
- Verify documentation accuracy and compliance with internal controls
- Prepare regular financial reports
- Contribute to the creation and improvement of tracking dashboards
- Identify, analyze, and report discrepancies
- Propose process optimizations
- Actively participate in the improvement of internal workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
- 2–3 years of professional experience in accounting or finance
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas)
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks or equivalent)
- English: Full professional proficiency (C1)
- French: Professional level (B2 or higher)
- Ability to work full-time (Monday to Friday) in a remote environment
- Reliable remote work setup based in Tunisia
- High level of autonomy, accuracy, and accountability.
