About the role
- Acquire new customers and maintain relationships – You bring companies on board for our software solutions and support them long-term
- Delight customers – You present our software in online demos or on-site and identify tailored solutions
- Collaborate with customer service – Together you ensure first-class support and high customer satisfaction
- Leverage growth potential – You identify cross- and upselling opportunities and strategically develop your accounts
- Measure success & optimize processes – You analyze sales figures, document customer interactions and contribute new ideas
Requirements
- Commercial training, degree or equivalent qualification in sales
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally with SaaS products
- Knowledge of the automotive or mobility sector is a plus
- Strong communication skills, self-motivation and a structured way of working
- Fluency in German and English
- Open to interested and motivated career changers
