About the role

  • Drive commercial strategy and revenue growth across UK, France, and Benelux
  • Achieve annual sales targets by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships (Pharma, Biotech, Research, Government)
  • Develop and execute account management strategies
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, events, and trade shows
  • Work closely with Inside Sales, Account Managers, and technical specialists to deliver customer solutions
  • Provide technical guidance on automated storage workflows and solutions
  • Attend national and international conferences and meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field
  • Several years of experience in life sciences equipment sales (Lab Automation preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of automated storage solutions and biobanking
  • Experience managing complex Capex projects with long sales cycles
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Skilled in consultative selling, upselling, cross-selling, and solution selling
  • Proficient in MS Office; Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
