About the role
- Drive commercial strategy and revenue growth across UK, France, and Benelux
- Achieve annual sales targets by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships (Pharma, Biotech, Research, Government)
- Develop and execute account management strategies
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, events, and trade shows
- Work closely with Inside Sales, Account Managers, and technical specialists to deliver customer solutions
- Provide technical guidance on automated storage workflows and solutions
- Attend national and international conferences and meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field
- Several years of experience in life sciences equipment sales (Lab Automation preferred)
- Strong knowledge of automated storage solutions and biobanking
- Experience managing complex Capex projects with long sales cycles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Skilled in consultative selling, upselling, cross-selling, and solution selling
- Proficient in MS Office; Salesforce experience is a plus
- Fluent in English and French
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
