About the role

  • Business and Territory Management: Serve as the primary owner of the sales strategy in Bahia, managing the sales pipeline with a focus on both short- and long-term results.
  • Active Prospecting: Map and visit industrial plants in the Camaçari and Candeias hubs, identifying new supply opportunities and capital projects (CAPEX).
  • Consultative Technical Selling: Conduct diagnostics on critical processes and specify AZ solutions that contribute to customer safety and operational availability.
  • Commercial Coordination: Navigate efficiently between Maintenance, Engineering and Procurement areas, building trusted relationships.
  • Analysis and Planning: Develop monthly action plans, monitor indicators (KPIs) and report on market movements and competitor activity.

Requirements

  • Regional Network: Established relationships and proven access to customers in the Camaçari and Candeias hubs.
  • Technical Experience: Strong background in technical sales for the industrial segment (preferably valves, piping, pumps or instrumentation).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or strong technical training in Mechanical/Instrumentation disciplines.
  • Methodology: Proficiency and practical application of concepts such as SPIN Selling.
  • Mobility: Valid driver’s license (Category B) and full availability for an intensive field-visit schedule.
  • High Energy and Resilience: Ability to sustain pace and focus in complex negotiations and long sales cycles.
  • Initiative and Independence: Ability to self-manage, organize your own schedule and make well-founded decisions without constant supervision.
  • Ownership Mentality: Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and company objectives, always acting with ethics and agility.
