About the role
- Manages a portfolio of clients from all segments, mainly SME and Corporate from the respective Region
- Ensure a good knowledge of each client in the portfolio to explore further business opportunities
- Manage any opportunity to sign new contracts with customers referred to by the BRD network, Dealers, or by existing customers
- Proactively plan meetings with prospects and partners (including BRD branches and Dealers) to promote Ayvens services
- Gathers customer data necessary for financial analysis and onboarding in accordance with Ayvens risk policy
- Prepare the contracts, participate in contract negotiation and prepare the offers in line with the internal procedures and the agreed commercial conditions
- Reach the KPIs set for the managed portfolio
- Constantly monitors the offer of the competition and proposes evolutions/progressions of the Ayvens offer
Requirements
- University studies (preferably in the economic field, business administration or similar)
- Speaks and writes fluently in local and English language
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- At least 24 months of account management in Sales with all segments of customers (IKAs, Corporates & SMEs)
- Experience in working with Dealers and within the leasing/automotive industry will be a plus
- Very good knowledge in computer use (windows, Ms-office, Word, Power-point, Outlook)
