About the role

  • Define and execute a scalable global SEO strategy aligned with business priorities and international market needs
  • Collaborate with product owners, content teams, developers, and local marketing teams to ensure SEO is embedded across all digital initiatives
  • Drive continuous SEO optimisation to enhance site performance, user experience, and organic conversion
  • Serve as the internal SEO evangelist, educating stakeholders and building a strong global SEO community
  • Develop and roll out a comprehensive SEO roadmap, covering technical, on-page, and off-page strategies across global and local domains
  • Conduct audits of website performance, keyword opportunities, and ranking potential to identify quick wins and long-term growth levers
  • Define global SEO guidelines and ensure they are adopted across local marketing and content teams
  • Monitor and analyse organic performance using analytics and SEO tools, translating data into actionable insights and executive-level reporting
  • Lead a community of local SEO ambassadors to share best practices, align strategies, and ensure consistent global performance
  • Stay ahead of SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) trends, adapting strategies to algorithm updates and emerging search behaviours
  • Partner with analytics and marketing technology teams to ensure accurate SEO tracking, reporting, and attribution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, Business, Digital Strategy, Data/Analytics, Communications, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in SEO, with proven success in managing international or multi-market SEO programs at scale
  • Deep knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimisation, content SEO and GEO
  • Proficient in English at a native or near-native level
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Search Console, Botify or similar)
  • Strong understanding of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.)
  • Experience working with web development and content management systems – Sitecore experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and international SEO (hreflang, global domain strategy, etc.)
  • Extreme attention to detail with a high standard for quality and accuracy in SEO implementation and reporting
