About the role
- Partner with market research clients to build relationships and win their business
- Counsel clients to help achieve their objectives and build their loyalty
- Engage in consultive sales experience working with a seasoned team at aytm
- Deliver on aytm’s promise that market research can be done better, faster, and less expensive
- Lead the sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals
- Work collaboratively with marketing, product development, solution strategy, and customer success teams
- Translate client requests into appropriate research methodologies and plans
- Contribute to a culture of openness, friendliness, and respect at aytm
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ direct experience in an account management position within the insights industry
- Market research Industry experience is non-negotiable
- Experience in CPG Research Sales is a plus
- Knowledgeable in quantitative research methodologies in a SaaS environment
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience holding and surpassing a $2mm+ quota in the SaaS and/or MRx world
- Must have direct quantitative market research experience
- Be highly disciplined, self-motivated individual
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within target organizations
- Team player characterized by outstanding verbal and written communication
- Be a person of trustworthiness and integrity with a strong work ethic
- Must have superior time management skills
- Experience with Google collaboration tools
- CRM user experience needed, but Salesforce.com experience a plus
- Asana experience a plus
- Slack experience a plus
- Comfortable working 100% remote, experience working remotely a plus
- Travel experience and flexibility for in person meetings
- Multi-lingual is a plus
