About the role

  • Partner with market research clients to build relationships and win their business
  • Counsel clients to help achieve their objectives and build their loyalty
  • Engage in consultive sales experience working with a seasoned team at aytm
  • Deliver on aytm’s promise that market research can be done better, faster, and less expensive
  • Lead the sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, product development, solution strategy, and customer success teams
  • Translate client requests into appropriate research methodologies and plans
  • Contribute to a culture of openness, friendliness, and respect at aytm

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ direct experience in an account management position within the insights industry
  • Market research Industry experience is non-negotiable
  • Experience in CPG Research Sales is a plus
  • Knowledgeable in quantitative research methodologies in a SaaS environment
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience holding and surpassing a $2mm+ quota in the SaaS and/or MRx world
  • Must have direct quantitative market research experience
  • Be highly disciplined, self-motivated individual
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within target organizations
  • Team player characterized by outstanding verbal and written communication
  • Be a person of trustworthiness and integrity with a strong work ethic
  • Must have superior time management skills
  • Experience with Google collaboration tools
  • CRM user experience needed, but Salesforce.com experience a plus
  • Asana experience a plus
  • Slack experience a plus
  • Comfortable working 100% remote, experience working remotely a plus
  • Travel experience and flexibility for in person meetings
  • Multi-lingual is a plus
