• Build the marketing foundation: Define Axya’s positioning, messaging, and target segments within manufacturing and procurement.
• Create impactful collateral: Develop high-quality presentation decks, customer one-pagers, case studies, and other materials that drive pipeline creation and expansion opportunities.
• Own demand generation: Lead inbound (content, SEO, paid, social) and outbound (email, LinkedIn, ABM) campaigns, as well as co-marketing and event initiatives.
• Develop field marketing: Plan and execute targeted conferences, executive roundtables, and other high-impact experiential events.
• Optimize the funnel: Establish and monitor MQL → SAL → SQL definitions, track conversion metrics, and ensure high-quality lead flow to sales.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Sales and BDR teams to align campaigns, prioritize accounts, and refine messaging based on real-time market feedback.
• Leverage tools & data: Manage Axya’s CRM/marketing automation stack (HubSpot preferred), maintain data integrity, and report on campaign performance.
• Be both strategic and hands-on: Execute day-to-day tactics while laying the groundwork for scalable growth.

Site Reliability Engineer

• Critically evaluate our existing AWS infrastructure setup including RDS configurations, EC2 instances, Nginx load balancing, Docker Compose deployments, Target Groups, and Route53 DNS management
• Identify security vulnerabilities and scalability bottlenecks in the current architecture
• Design and implement infrastructure improvements with a focus on high availability, disaster recovery, and auto-scaling capabilities
• Modernize deployment strategies moving from Docker Compose to more scalable orchestration solutions where appropriate
• Conduct security audits of existing infrastructure and implement security hardening measures
• Redesign network architecture with proper VPC segmentation, security groups, and IAM policies
• Implement secrets management and encryption at rest/in transit across all services
• Establish compliance frameworks suitable for enterprise clients in manufacturing and aerospace sectors
• Architect auto-scaling solutions to handle variable workloads and traffic spikes
• Optimize database performance and implement proper backup/recovery strategies for RDS
• Design load balancing strategies that can handle global traffic distribution
• Implement caching layers and CDN strategies for improved performance

• Align product roadmap with measurable business outcomes: adoption, speed, and integration depth.
