About the role

  • Develop and oversee workplace operations strategies, policies, and procedures
  • Lead day-to-day office operations ensuring a consistent, high-quality employee experience
  • Forecast operational needs, budget for supplies and services, and manage vendor contracts
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Partner cross-functionally (with Sales, Marketing, IT, People, Talent Acquisition, Accounting, etc.) to execute seamless events and processes
  • Ensure the accuracy and security of administrative records, access systems, and logs
  • Build strong partnerships with building management, security, vendors, and leadership teams to align operational priorities and processes
  • Help ensure operational compliance with safety standards, emergency procedures, and building protocols

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required, Master's degree is a plus
  • Software industry and/or SaaS experience preferred
  • 5+ years of operational experience required
  • In-depth knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, employee management, etc.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity
  • Demonstrate ability to solve problems and anticipate customer needs
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrable proficiency with Microsoft Suite
  • Desire and ability to work effectively in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment
  • Demonstrate ability to organize, set and implement priorities and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong interpersonal and professional skills
