Implementation Specialist

• Support the onboarding and training of clients during their initial implementation of Axxess products and services
• Provide structured training, clear communication, and internal coordination
• Work in partnership with Implementation Consultants and Client Experience team members
• Execute implementation plans and meet client needs
• Provide first-line support for client questions during implementation
• Gather and validate client data, configuration preferences, and other key inputs needed for system setup
• Maintain accurate documentation of client training activities
• Escalate client concerns or risks to appropriate internal stakeholders
• Support preparation and follow-up for onsite visits and virtual sessions
• Develop working knowledge of Axxess products, services, and industry best practices
