• Deliver exceptional customer experience for our billing and recovery clients
• Aid the billing services team process home health claims to all insurance payors including Medicare and Medicaid
• Responsible for client communications, performance updates, and providing consultative support of our software
• Onboarding new billing clients including initial inventory evaluation and reviewing account setup
• Performing daily billing and posting activities for all assigned clients
• Performing accounts receivable analysis for all clients to maximize client cash flow
• Reviewing pre-billing activities in client software to identify potential risks and improvement opportunities
• Engaging clients to ensure appropriate communications are maintained
• Stay current on changes in home health regulations and payer requirements

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Work with engineering teams in creating, prioritizing and testing financial feature enhancements and subsequent code rollout
• Collaborate with Finance Leadership to help streamline processes of reports across all products
• Review existing reports within all solutions to propose continuous process improvement. Efforts will include functional corrections, design (aesthetic) improvements, opportunities for sunsetting reports, etc
• Assist in A/R clean-up efforts and other accounting projects for external clients
• Use JIRA and Excel to create and track tickets submitted for financial reporting team (bugs, enhancements, etc)
• Gain in-depth knowledge and understanding of all Axxess products, vision and mission
