About the role

  • Lead and advance the strategic direction of the Axxess Operations Team, ensuring operational excellence across all business units.
  • Architect scalable operational frameworks, optimizing cross-functional workflows, and leveraging digital tools and automation to modernize operations.
  • Align people, processes, and systems to drive strategic business outcomes.
  • Provide strategic oversight of all workplace operations, ensuring scalable systems and a consistently exceptional employee experience.
  • Oversee forecasting and operational planning, including multi-year budgeting and vendor strategy.
  • Lead enterprise-level process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to modernize workflows.
  • Serve as a cross-functional leader, aligning operational strategy to support seamless company-wide events.
  • Establish governance for administrative systems, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and security compliance.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with building management, security teams, vendors, and executive leadership.
  • Provide leadership and oversight for workplace compliance, ensuring adherence to safety standards and continuous risk management practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required, Master's degree is a plus
  • Software industry and/or SaaS experience preferred
  • 10+ years operational experience required
  • In-depth knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, employee management, etc.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and anticipate customer needs
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrable proficiency with the Microsoft Suite
  • Desire and ability to work effectively in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, set and implement priorities and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong interpersonal and professional skills
