About the role
- Lead and advance the strategic direction of the Axxess Operations Team, ensuring operational excellence across all business units.
- Architect scalable operational frameworks, optimizing cross-functional workflows, and leveraging digital tools and automation to modernize operations.
- Align people, processes, and systems to drive strategic business outcomes.
- Provide strategic oversight of all workplace operations, ensuring scalable systems and a consistently exceptional employee experience.
- Oversee forecasting and operational planning, including multi-year budgeting and vendor strategy.
- Lead enterprise-level process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to modernize workflows.
- Serve as a cross-functional leader, aligning operational strategy to support seamless company-wide events.
- Establish governance for administrative systems, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and security compliance.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with building management, security teams, vendors, and executive leadership.
- Provide leadership and oversight for workplace compliance, ensuring adherence to safety standards and continuous risk management practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required, Master's degree is a plus
- Software industry and/or SaaS experience preferred
- 10+ years operational experience required
- In-depth knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, employee management, etc.
- Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and anticipate customer needs
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrable proficiency with the Microsoft Suite
- Desire and ability to work effectively in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to organize, set and implement priorities and manage multiple tasks
- Strong interpersonal and professional skills
