About the role
- Support the onboarding and training of clients during their initial implementation of Axxess products and services
- Provide structured training, clear communication, and internal coordination
- Work in partnership with Implementation Consultants and Client Experience team members
- Execute implementation plans and meet client needs
- Provide first-line support for client questions during implementation
- Gather and validate client data, configuration preferences, and other key inputs needed for system setup
- Maintain accurate documentation of client training activities
- Escalate client concerns or risks to appropriate internal stakeholders
- Support preparation and follow-up for onsite visits and virtual sessions
- Develop working knowledge of Axxess products, services, and industry best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of Home Health. Home Care, Hospice, or Palliative industry experience required
- Axxess experience preferred
- Experience in a support, training, or customer-facing role preferred
- Familiarity with medical billing and basic understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance
- Proficient in using cloud-based systems and CRM tools
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Occasional travel may be required for team meetings or client support (less than 25%)
