Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law with an active OAB registration
- Fluent English
- Fluent Portuguese
- Previous experience in litigation (considered a plus for bringing a strategic perspective to contracts)
- Experience with SaaS and partnership agreements
- Knowledge or experience in LGPD and compliance
- Collaborative profile, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in continuous learning and growth.
- Experience in technology companies or startups (bonus)
- Previous experience with partnership agreements (bonus)
- Interest in Legal Ops and legal process automation (bonus)
- Spanish proficiency (bonus).
