About the role

  • **A typical workday might include:**
  • - Analyzing complex abuse and fraud flows and defining takedown tactics for high-persistence cases;
  • - Continuously refining takedown templates and reporting methods, ensuring compliance with international jurisdictions (such as DMCA and copyright) to maximize conversion rates;
  • - Proposing and implementing improvements in internal tools, automations, and takedown methodologies;
  • - Maintaining strategic relationships with hosting providers, registrars, and registries to accelerate removal SLAs;
  • - Acting as a technical focal point for the team, supporting the resolution of high-criticality tickets or cases with legal complexity.

Requirements

  • Indispensable Requirements
  • - Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English;
  • - Solid knowledge of cybersecurity topics such as fraud, phishing, data leaks, and digital abuse;
  • - Background or practical knowledge in Digital Law, LGPD, GDPR, Intellectual Property, Networks, Information Security, CSIRT-related activities or DNS (domains, registrars, registries, hosting providers, or internet infrastructure).
  • Bonus points if you have
  • - Education or certifications in Law or Information Security;
  • - Advanced Spanish skills;
  • - Previous experience in a similar role;
  • - Basic knowledge of Python or SQL for takedown performance analysis and simple API-based automations;
  • - Ability to draft abuse notifications based on international legislation (DMCA, GDPR), in addition to the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework.
