Data Analyst

• Build and maintain customer-facing dashboards and reports that surface utilization trends, workforce insights, and automation ROI across provider recruiting, credentialing, and directory management
• Own the data analyst function across Axuall's customer-facing products, ensuring that reports, dashboards, and visualizations are accurate, insightful, and directly valuable to health system clients
• Translate complex provider workforce data into clear, intuitive visualizations that health system stakeholders, from operations to the executive suite, can act on
• Partner with the Sales team to produce data-driven proof of concept reports for prospective clients, demonstrating in their own data what Axuall's products can deliver
• Develop reusable POC templates and frameworks that scale consistently across the sales cycle
• Work closely with and assist Axuall's Data Scientist in building complex analytical models and deep insights on clinicians and providers that are delivered directly to health system customers
• Analyze new data sources to understand how they connect to Axuall's provider data model and evaluate how they can be leveraged across our products
• Document and communicate data relationships and integration opportunities to product and engineering teams
• Assist the data science and engineering teams in maintaining robust data quality standards across the platform, identifying anomalies, gaps, and inconsistencies before they reach customers.

Senior Data Analyst

Account Manager

• Build, maintain, and develop new business opportunities within your existing customer portfolio by upselling and aligning Axuall to organizational strategic priorities
• Create demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to our additional product offerings
• Partner with internal resources to grow adoption of Axuall’s SaaS products by increasing revenue over time
• Demonstrate capacity to learn relevant workforce intelligence and analytics quickly
• Work cross-functionally (e.g., Client Services, Product, Sales) to ensure we meet/exceed goals related to customer retention and (perceived + actual) turnaround time
• Build and maintain effective relationships that create a high level of trust with account stakeholders to help facilitate the identification of new growth and strategic alignment opportunities within assigned accounts
• Provide consistent feedback to the Engineering and Product teams to assist in successfully launching new product features and provide insight into what our customers want and need from our product
• Develop in-depth knowledge of customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape
• Effectively align Axuall products according to customer objectives and help our customers understand their visions as it relates to the overall product roadmap

Senior Strategic Account Manager

• Build, maintain, and extend data pipelines across product, CRM, and third-party sources to ensure reliable, scalable data access that power analytics across the business and for customers
• Own and manage the BI environment, including data models, transformation processes, and visualization tooling
• Translate Axuall’s data into actionable insights that drive product value, customer outcomes, and revenue growth
• Establish and enforce standards for data quality, consistency, and governance to ensure accuracy and trust in all analytics outputs
• Enable self-service analytics by maintaining a consistent, trusted data foundation that drives speed and confidence in decision-making
• Develop and support AI-driven data workflows that extract insights (e.g., sentiment, patterns) to inform product strategy and customer value realization
• Support business leaders to communicate internally and externally with data

Senior Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager

Revenue Operations

• Own, develop, and administer the Axuall Salesforce.com environment, including data model, workflows, validation rules, reporting, and overall system integrity
• Own pipeline reporting and forecasting, including waterfall analysis, stage conversion tracking, and opportunity health scoring
• Generate strategic sales insights by identifying pipeline risks, deal patterns, and performance trends that influence win rates and forecast accuracy
• Apply AI and automation to scale these insights into repeatable actions, including deal scoring, forecast risk identification, and activity and pipeline pattern analysis
• Partner with Finance on SaaS commitment and utilization modeling, billing reconciliation, and ARR tracking
• Evaluate, implement, and manage GTM tooling (sales engagement, conversation intelligence, customer success platforms, etc.)
• Actively participate in pricing strategy and governance, including pricing models, approval workflows, and deal structure support
• Support business leaders to communicate internally and externally with data
