About the role
- Own the Pipeline: Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and inbound interest.
- Full-Cycle Sales: Lead opportunities from discovery to contract execution, managing multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
- Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute account-specific strategies aligned with client goals.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with Solutions Engineers, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth client journey.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain CRM accuracy and provide regular updates using tools like HubSpot and Gong.
- Market Engagement: Represent AxisCare at 3–5 industry conferences annually to build relationships and increase brand awareness.
- Industry Awareness: Stay current with trends in the healthcare and home care sectors to tailor conversations and solutions effectively.
Requirements
- 4+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS sales; experience in healthcare or home care is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to close complex deals over $150k ARR with extended sales cycles.
- Proficient in tools like HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Gong, and Zoom.
- Excellent Communicator: Able to clearly present value propositions and influence at the executive level.
