• Drive growth across Automotive
• Lead the full sales cycle—prospecting, proposals, negotiation, and closing—while building and nurturing relationships with key OEMs, Tier 1s etc.
• Selling services into Electrical distribution system & Wiring harness design to Auto and Industrial sector
• Manage & grow a valued account portfolio, building deep relationships across Procurement, Engineering & related Teams
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry forums & client visits
• Maintain and improve customer satisfaction for the OEMs clients across service - offerings
• Help to develop strategies. Plan & meet key customer needs in support of local markets
• Developing a solid and trusting relationship between clients-Key Stake Holders and company Senior Management
• Negotiate contracts with the client and establish a contract adherence mechanism within the company
