About the role

  • Planning and managing digitalization projects for district, city and municipal administrations together with your project team
  • Analyzing and optimizing processes related to our financial software and adjacent specialist departments
  • Training and onboarding end users in new projects and with existing customers
  • Project control including cost monitoring, resource planning, risk management, stakeholder management
  • Ensuring project success in time, in budget and in scope
  • Supporting sales in pricing and delimitation of proposals as well as in the further development of our customers

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or university degree, e.g., in economics, business administration or comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience in project management and experience leading project teams of 2-10 people for multi-month projects
  • Willingness to travel regionally in northern and eastern Germany (approx. 1 day/week)
  • Desirable: First knowledge of accounting as well as the municipal sector
  • Strong communication skills, commercial thinking, proactive way of working
  • Very good German language skills (at least C1).
