About the role

  • Strategic management and development of a defined customer portfolio
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term retention (including NPS)
  • Expand existing customer business through targeted service and revenue development
  • Commercial responsibility for contracts, renewals, and expansions
  • Manage and resolve escalations in close collaboration with Service Delivery
  • Conduct regular business and service reviews
  • Ensure accurate CRM and billing data and timely invoicing
  • Coordinate and follow up on escalations until final resolution
  • Contract management including negotiation, renewal, and amendments
  • Support customer and service onboarding
  • Close collaboration with Sales, PreSales, and Service Delivery

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in account management or IT sales (MSP environment)
  • Strong technical understanding (IT infrastructure, cloud, managed services)
  • Ability to identify customer needs and proactively implement service extensions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills at decision‑maker level
  • Business‑fluent German and English, spoken and written
  • Structured, independent, and solution‑oriented working style
  • Confident handling of escalations and complex customer requirements
