About the role
- Market review and analysis of competitors
- Integration of new products into the standard portfolio
- Costing and financial evaluation of services
- Preparation of service specifications and contractual documents
- Modularization of individual service components within the portfolio
- Ensuring training and knowledge transfer by providing training materials
- Preparation of reports and decision papers
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in IT or a commercial/business field
- Several years of experience in product management, ideally in the IT services environment
- Strong skills in creating service descriptions, costing/pricing, and market-appropriate product structures
- Analytical thinking, precise and structured working style, and a high degree of personal responsibility
- Strong communication skills and confident interaction with a variety of stakeholders
- Business-fluent German and good command of English
