About the role

  • Design and implementation of scalable container platforms using Red Hat OpenShift, Nutanix Kubernetes Platform, and hyperscaler solutions in private, hybrid, and multi‑cloud environments
  • Building Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs) that provide developer teams with self‑service access to infrastructure and significantly boost their productivity
  • Building AI platforms based on Kubernetes for developing and hosting AI language models and ML applications
  • Architecture and design of cloud‑native solutions with consideration for scalability, high availability, and security best practices
  • Container orchestration and management of complex Kubernetes clusters in enterprise environments
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation for automation and standardization
  • Development and optimization of CI/CD pipelines using OpenShift Pipelines, AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, and GitOps tools (Argo CD, Flux)
  • Implementation of monitoring and observability with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, and OpenShift‑native tools
  • Automation of deployments, configuration management, and platform operations
  • Integration of security best practices across the platform (security by design)
  • Technical consulting and support for clients during cloud transformation and in the design and build of a cloud‑native platform
  • Planning and coordination of complex private cloud and platform engineering projects
  • Close collaboration with technology partners (Red Hat, Nutanix, HashiCorp, etc.) to develop innovative solution offerings
  • Support across the entire lifecycle — from conception and implementation to operations
  • Technical support in the sales process and during proof‑of‑concepts

Requirements

  • Certifications such as Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift (RCOA), Nutanix Certified Professional - Cloud Native (NCP‑CN), or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) (nice to have)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their Kubernetes services (EKS, AKS, GKE) (nice to have)
  • Experience in planning and implementing AI platforms and their development tooling (nice to have)
  • Knowledge of hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) (nice to have)
  • Programming skills in Python, Go, Bash, or similar languages (nice to have)
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, Zabbix) (nice to have)
  • Understanding of GitOps practices and tools such as Argo CD or Flux (nice to have)
  • Knowledge of service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd, etc.) (nice to have)
  • Experience with Kubernetes CNI solutions (Cilium, Calico, OVN, etc.) (nice to have)
