About the role
- Client advisory on equal terms: You analyze IT infrastructure requirements in the areas of storage, virtualization, backup and containerization and develop tailored solutions
- You design modern solution architectures and present them convincingly to customers
- In collaboration with our account managers and technology partners you prepare customized proposals and respond to public tenders / RFPs
- You continuously monitor the market and developments related to our technology partners NetApp, Pure Storage, VMware & Veeam, and help evolve our solution portfolio
- You actively maintain communication with partners, vendors and internal teams to continuously foster knowledge sharing and collaboration
Requirements
- Solid expertise and several years of experience in storage, backup and virtualization projects, including an understanding of heterogeneous systems and their interaction, ideally with previous experience in a pre-sales environment
- Degree in Computer Science (HF/FH/University) or equivalent qualifications
- You are interested in a wide range of IT environments and can adapt flexibly to customer requirements
- Fluent in German and English; French skills are a plus
