About the role
- Translate requirements from standards such as ISO 9001 into practical work processes and implement them
- Provide and effectively apply appropriate methods and procedures for analyzing, optimizing and monitoring an integrated management system
- Maintain and further develop these procedures across the company – including organizing appropriate training and workshops
- Identify system nonconformities, assess them thoroughly and derive targeted improvement measures for our management systems
- Confidently conduct internal audits and provide support during external audits
- Assemble a qualified audit team and ensure their professional development
Requirements
- Degree in engineering (e.g., industrial engineering), computer science/information systems, quality management, or a comparable field — alternatively equivalent vocational training
- Initial practical experience in quality management, ideally in the context of ISO 9001
- Knowledge of additional standards — for example environmental management and information security (ISO 27001)
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland and Germany approximately 3 times per month
- Very good written and spoken German
- Good English skills to operate confidently in an international working environment.
