About the role
- Advising and supporting our public sector clients
- Independently managing a dedicated set of clients
- Analyzing existing processes and developing tailored solution concepts
- Conducting workshops, trainings and presentations
- Supporting the integration of our solution into financial systems or as a standalone system
- Working closely with development and support to continuously improve LuGM
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in Public Management, Administrative Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- Experience with CAFM systems or municipal administrative processes
- Enjoyment of consulting and client contact
- Enthusiasm for new technologies, digitization and process management
- First project experience or interest in developing further in this area
- Structured and reliable working style in a dynamic environment
- Very good written and spoken German language skills
- Willingness to travel regionally
