About the role

  • You help set up computer and network systems, configure them correctly, and ensure everything works together smoothly.
  • When colleagues are unsure which hardware or software is the best fit, you advise and support them.
  • You help resolve questions and incidents quickly—whether it’s about Wi‑Fi, applications, or devices.
  • Together with us, you ensure that employees’ computers, networks, and mobile phones run securely and are always ready for use.

Requirements

  • You have a good Realschule diploma or a (technical) Abitur (secondary or higher-secondary school qualification).
  • Very good German language skills (C1) and good English skills.
  • You are passionate about technology—whether computers, networks, or software.
  • You are a team player, reliable, and keen to learn new things.
  • You demonstrate logical thinking and a quick grasp of new concepts.
