About the role
- Planning and executing transition projects
- Taking ownership of project responsibilities regarding quality, time, and budget
- Ensuring the smooth handover of new or modified IT services into operational operations
- Ensuring service quality while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Coordinating changes and extensions to Managed Services
- Conducting service review meetings with customers
- Coordinating the development of solutions and proposals during the presales phase
- Clarifying requirements with internal and external stakeholders
- Developing and implementing best practices to improve transition projects
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Project Manager, Transition Manager, or Service Delivery Manager in a service provider environment
- Solid knowledge of concepts and architectures in the field of IT infrastructure
- Very good German and English written and spoken language skills
- Communication professional with the ability to identify key contacts and work laterally with other specialists
