About the role

  • Shape a modern integrated management system with a focus on ISO 9001 & ISO 27001
  • You will support and accompany audits, implement standard requirements in a practical way, and help teams optimize processes and manage risks.
  • You are responsible for maintaining and continuously improving these procedures across the company — including organizing relevant trainings and workshops.
  • You detect system deviations early, assess them thoroughly and derive targeted improvement measures for our management systems.
  • You will support the entire process from preparation and implementation to continuous development.
  • You competently evaluate internal audits and, if required, support during external audits.
  • You assemble a qualified audit team and ensure that professional development is promoted.
  • In conducting internal audits you apply your knowledge of audit principles, procedures and techniques.
  • You are experienced in risk management and apply appropriate methods effectively.

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in (industrial) engineering, (business) informatics, quality management or a comparable field — alternatively you have relevant vocational training.
  • You have initial practical experience in quality management, ideally with ISO 9001.
  • Knowledge of other standards — e.g. environmental management, information security (ISO 27001), occupational health and safety (ISO 45001) or energy management — is a plus.
  • You think analytically, work in a structured way and keep an overview even in complex situations.
  • You also convince with strong communication skills and the ability to develop solutions collaboratively in a team.
  • Willingness to travel within Switzerland and Germany approximately 3 times per month.
  • You have very good German language skills (spoken and written) and good English skills to operate confidently in an international environment.
