About the role
- Support the team with maintenance and installation of new software versions and operating system patches for internal and external IT infrastructures
- Administration of the MS SQL database
- Application support for inquiries from IT managers
- Provide customer support by phone and via remote access (second-level support) regarding our software products
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in an IT-related field
- Good knowledge and practical experience with Windows Servers, databases, and Linux systems
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility, as well as an understanding of complex interrelationships
- Strong communication skills, service orientation, and ability to work in a team
- Fluent German and good English skills
