About the role
- Responsible for ISO 9001 quality management
- Prepare, conduct and follow up on internal and external audits, including assessment and reporting
- Provide training to various teams
- Work closely with other management system representatives, occupational safety specialists, our internal health management team, and authorities
- Analyze issues, compile relevant data, define corrective actions, and monitor implementation and effectiveness
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of company-wide culture by increasing process efficiency and ensuring compliance
Requirements
- Degree or vocational qualification in (industrial) engineering, (business) informatics, quality management, or a comparable discipline
- Solid knowledge of ISO 9001
- Willingness to further develop in ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 for strategic consolidation and advancement toward an integrated management system, and to train as an internal auditor
- Proficient with continuous improvement (KVP/CIP) tools, analysis methods and risk management
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
- Willingness to travel
