About the role
- Proactively contact prospects and existing customers by phone across the DACH region
- Run campaigns to assess customer needs and invite them to online or on-site presentations
- Handle inquiries from existing customers, prepare quotes and follow up until a decision is made
- Identify market trends and new business opportunities in cooperation with field sales and team management
- Maintain customer data, call notes and proposals in the CRM system (MS-Sales)
- Work closely with inside and field sales and actively contribute to the development of telephony processes
Requirements
- Commercial/business qualification, ideally in an IT-related field, or equivalent qualification
- Experience in inside sales or telephone-based customer support, preferably in an IT environment or with complex technical products
- Confident use of MS365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint) and ideally experience with CRM systems such as MS-Sales
- Enjoy proactive telephone outreach (inbound & outbound)
- Interest in modern IT applications and willingness to learn our products
- Strong communication skills, team-oriented, customer-focused, with an independent and structured working style
