About the role

  • Support the team in maintaining and installing new software versions and applying operating system patches for internal and external IT environments
  • Administration of the MS SQL database
  • Provide application support in response to inquiries from IT managers
  • Assist our customers by phone and via remote support (second-level support) regarding our software products

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or degree in IT
  • Good knowledge of and practical experience with Windows Servers, databases, and Linux systems
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility, with an understanding of complex interrelationships
  • Strong communication skills, customer-service orientation and ability to work in a team
  • Fluent German and good English skills
