About the role

  • Drive the digitalization of municipal and commercial waste and disposal services together with your project team
  • Analyze and optimize processes related to our ERP system and adjacent specialist departments
  • Provide process and organizational consulting in close cooperation with our customers and partners
  • Train users after the software implementation
  • Comprehensive, practice-oriented onboarding with a mentor, including seminars, webinars, qualified in-house training and conferences
  • Strong team spirit and an independent area of responsibility

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics or Business Administration, or vocational training in a business-related field
  • Passion for IT and enthusiasm for consulting
  • Experience in project management (ideally via internships or working-student positions)
  • Desire for continuous professional development and lifelong learning
  • Independent working style, high self-motivation and strong organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel regionally
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
