About the role

  • Build trusted relationships with key retail partners to ensure marketing plans are aligned and impactful.
  • Lead research initiatives to validate new product opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Track campaign results, report ROI, and present insights to senior leadership.
  • Coordinate product changes, price increases, and competitive analysis with product and sales teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred and/or at least 3-5 years of retail marketing experience with automotive and/or hardware alignment.
  • 5+ years of proven success driving promotional campaigns in retail environments (automotive or hardware preferred).
  • Strong understanding of shopper behavior and in-store activation.
  • Strategic planning and execution.
  • Agency and stakeholder management.
  • Creative development and media planning.
  • Commercial acumen and margin awareness.
  • Data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
