About the role

  • Achieve assigned sales and collection targets
  • Manage distributor and dealer network, including network expansion
  • Further develop business by winning new A & B Class bodyshop accounts
  • Manage service requirements of body shops and key customers
  • Planning & Forecasting of sales, material, OD
  • Coordinating with tech associates and various departments
  • Maintain relationships with channel partners and customers
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities

Requirements

  • MBA / Degree in paint technology / Chemical Engineering
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in Sales role
  • Exposure in Paint (Refinish), Tyre, Lubricants, Automobile industries
  • Ability to cover large area
