About the role
- Achieve assigned sales and collection targets
- Manage distributor and dealer network, including network expansion
- Further develop business by winning new A & B Class bodyshop accounts
- Manage service requirements of body shops and key customers
- Planning & Forecasting of sales, material, OD
- Coordinating with tech associates and various departments
- Maintain relationships with channel partners and customers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
Requirements
- MBA / Degree in paint technology / Chemical Engineering
- 8 to 10 years of experience in Sales role
- Exposure in Paint (Refinish), Tyre, Lubricants, Automobile industries
- Ability to cover large area
