About the role

  • Responsible for the management/development of key accounts including existing accounts and new accounts
  • Build up constructive working relationship with customers
  • Drive volume gain to solidify Axalta’s market position
  • Develop and implement account plans according to business strategy to achieve responsible accounts’ sales target
  • Co-operate on daily base with existing KA accounts
  • Plan and execute on new accounts acquiring according to country KA strategy
  • Work closely with territory team to guide/support service network on KA contract execution
  • Provide strategic insights in KA from long-term view
  • Implement long term strategy step by step

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in poly-tec, marketing, automotive engineering, or a related field
  • MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in KA or after-sales management, preferably in the auto related industry
  • Deep understanding in after-sales, auto repair operations
  • Proven track record in driving sell-through initiatives and achieving/exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills as well as leadership character
  • Willing to travel domestically as required.
