About the role
- Responsible for the management/development of key accounts including existing accounts and new accounts
- Build up constructive working relationship with customers
- Drive volume gain to solidify Axalta’s market position
- Develop and implement account plans according to business strategy to achieve responsible accounts’ sales target
- Co-operate on daily base with existing KA accounts
- Plan and execute on new accounts acquiring according to country KA strategy
- Work closely with territory team to guide/support service network on KA contract execution
- Provide strategic insights in KA from long-term view
- Implement long term strategy step by step
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in poly-tec, marketing, automotive engineering, or a related field
- MBA is a plus
- Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in KA or after-sales management, preferably in the auto related industry
- Deep understanding in after-sales, auto repair operations
- Proven track record in driving sell-through initiatives and achieving/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills as well as leadership character
- Willing to travel domestically as required.
