About the role
- Processing of orders and invoices and reconciliation of customer accounts
- Communicate with Customers and Internal staff regarding backordered stock
- Maintain debtors to agreed trading terms and management of debtor queries
- Accurate and timely reporting of KPIs in line with the company’s reporting package.
- Receipt & Maintain stock (including adjustments) to ensure adherence to SOX requirements
- Maintain the supply chain for 3rd Party Stock
- Prepare and complete banking of monies received
- Maintain required office supplies
- Process Supplier Invoices for Payment
- Maintain Pricing and make approved adjustments as required
- Identify and handle customer enquiries completely and accurately and resolve customer complaints and problems.
Requirements
- Experience and understanding in the use of SAP (Preferable)
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role preferably in the paint, or automotive industry
- Excellent ability to analyse information and make appropriate decisions and recommendations
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
- Business Process Improvements experience will be highly regarded
- Ability to build effective internal and external networks
- Experience in financial processes.
