Business Development Rep

• Build our pipeline! Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, emails and social selling
• Be the first point of contact: Qualify inbound leads and set meetings for account executives
• Build and maintain relationships with innovative brokers, ecosystem partners and prospects
• Evangelize Aware Health’s value proposition, building demand for our solution
• Keep data updated in Hubspot CRM
• Strategically contribute to and drive the development of outreach strategies
• Collaborate with account executives to optimize conversion rate and sales pipeline
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the sales process (your voice matters to us!)
• Share insights about market trends and feedback from prospects to help refine our go to market strategy
• Partner with the Head of Growth to nurture and work deals from initial prospecting through close (we’re excited to train you up so you’ll be closing your own deals in this complicated industry over time!)
