About the role
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring the achievement of established targets and KPIs.
- Identify opportunities and present tailored solutions that add value, with an emphasis on systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Thomson Reuters.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline, keeping CRM records up to date.
- Deliver presentations of the company’s portfolio and solutions to prospects and clients.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment between the company’s and the client’s interests.
- Maintain close relationships with the customer base, promoting retention and upselling/cross-selling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Monitor market trends and the competition, identifying opportunities to expand the company’s presence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales to medium and large enterprises, especially in technology solutions focused on SAP, Oracle, Thomson Reuters, or similar ERP/business management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proven consulting experience, with a minimum of 8 years.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
