• Lead and manage all technical and operational aspects of the company's MVNE and roaming agreements
• Act as the primary technical contact for suppliers and partners, overseeing contract management and ensuring optimal performance
• Develop and implement an 18-month roadmap to ensure the technical infrastructure is stable, secure, and scalable
• Oversee the development of L2 support and establish an escalation process for technical issues affecting the network
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate new features and software updates into the MVNE ecosystem
• Manage the deployment of critical updates, ensuring 24/7 operational readiness with robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Provide technical assistance and training to internal teams on telecom systems and operations
• Oversee reporting and vendor performance, and implement strategies for improving network efficiency and flexibility
