About the role
- Ensures all GMs and staff prepare each of the zone’s restaurants for next day opening
- Responsible for scheduling managers to ensure a leader is on site during all hours of operations
- Provides restaurant staff with consistent support and coaching to achieve business goals
- Holds GMs accountable for onboarding and offboarding of all restaurant associates
- Reads and understands financial and operational data to monitor progress towards goals
- Engages with Ops Controller and DO/SDO on financial decisions and enact controls
Requirements
- Documented and demonstrated experience managing types of restaurants (QSR, Casual Dine, Full Service, etc.)
- Concurrent multi-unit, multi-concept management experience for a minimum of 3 years
- Underlying overall restaurant experience of 8-10 years
- Graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program may substitute for experience
- Demonstrated team management, delegation and issue resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple and concurrent priorities
- Basic knowledge of HMSHost policies and standards
- Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and policies
