Establishes and monitors KPIs including order accuracy, on-time delivery, inventory turns, and cost per unit
Streamlines inventory levels across all locations to minimize overstocking and stockouts
Ensures faster delivery times, improved order/delivery accuracy, and better fulfillment options
Implements and continuously improves standard operating procedures across all distribution operations
Recruits, hires, trains, and develops distribution center management teams
Develops and manages operating budgets for assigned distribution centers
Leverages warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and data analytics tools to optimize operations
Partners with planning, procurement, transportation, sales, and customer service teams

Requirements

Requires 8+ years of professional experience
Requires 3 years of experience supervising a team of professionals engaged in executing distributions & logistics programs
Requires 8 years of experience engaged in developing and delivering distributions & logistics programs
A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or program related to the functional area can count for 2 years of the 8-year requirement
