About the role
- Assists Branch management in executing QSR or similar restaurant management operations
- Completes opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists
- Supervises day-to-day activities of associates within a defined group of restaurants or points-of-sale
- Participates in the interview process and provides input in hiring
- Assigns work tasks and activities, prepares schedules, and ensures all shifts are covered
- Monitors compliance with wellness and safety procedures
- Places orders for individual units and processes invoices
Requirements
- Ability to work shifts during various operating days and hours each week
- Knowledge of all applicable federal, state, and local sanitary, safety, and health standards
- 2 years food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience
- 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen
- Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents
