About the role

  • Assists Branch management in executing QSR or similar restaurant management operations
  • Completes opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists
  • Supervises day-to-day activities of associates within a defined group of restaurants or points-of-sale
  • Participates in the interview process and provides input in hiring
  • Assigns work tasks and activities, prepares schedules, and ensures all shifts are covered
  • Monitors compliance with wellness and safety procedures
  • Places orders for individual units and processes invoices

Requirements

  • Ability to work shifts during various operating days and hours each week
  • Knowledge of all applicable federal, state, and local sanitary, safety, and health standards
  • 2 years food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience
  • 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen
  • Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents
