About the role
- Act as an intermediary for the location’s Senior/Director of Operations
- Ensure all restaurants in the assigned zone are clean, staffed, and operational
- Schedule managers to ensure a leader is present on site at all times
- Provide consistent support, coaching and encouragement to restaurant staff
- Understand financial and operational data to meet zone goals
- Promote HMSHost as an employer of choice
Requirements
- Documented and demonstrated experience managing QSR, Casual Dine, Full Service restaurants
- 3 years concurrent multi-unit, multi-concept management experience for a small zone
- 5 years concurrent multi-unit, multi-concept management experience for a large zone
- Graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program may substitute for experience requirement
- Knowledge of HMSHost policies and product, service, quality, equipment and operations standards
- Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents
