About the role

  • Manage operations of the Master Data team for Food & Beverage and Retail lines
  • Ensure timely database administration, maintenance, and enhancements
  • Lead team in supporting business needs through system changes
  • Troubleshoot data issues and deliver solutions
  • Oversee master data operations maintaining data integrity
  • Plan and execute database builds, upgrades, and system enhancements
  • Implement master data standards and procedures for scalability
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders and consultants
  • Respond to critical business issues while maintaining SLAs
  • Train end users on master data requirements

Requirements

  • 6+ years of education and professional experience
  • 2 years in a leadership role overseeing master data programs
  • 6-8 years in a technical role with experience in POS database
  • Bachelor's degree related to the functional area counts for 2 years
  • 3-5 years of Hospitality, F&B and/or Retail experience
  • Expertise in SAP and Oracle
  • Demonstrated experience with Power BI, Smartsheet, and Service Now
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
