About the role
- Manage operations of the Master Data team for Food & Beverage and Retail lines
- Ensure timely database administration, maintenance, and enhancements
- Lead team in supporting business needs through system changes
- Troubleshoot data issues and deliver solutions
- Oversee master data operations maintaining data integrity
- Plan and execute database builds, upgrades, and system enhancements
- Implement master data standards and procedures for scalability
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and consultants
- Respond to critical business issues while maintaining SLAs
- Train end users on master data requirements
Requirements
- 6+ years of education and professional experience
- 2 years in a leadership role overseeing master data programs
- 6-8 years in a technical role with experience in POS database
- Bachelor's degree related to the functional area counts for 2 years
- 3-5 years of Hospitality, F&B and/or Retail experience
- Expertise in SAP and Oracle
- Demonstrated experience with Power BI, Smartsheet, and Service Now
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
