About the role
- Execute opening, daily, and closing procedures following company policies
- Lead and support retail associates during assigned shifts
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs
- Assign daily tasks for smooth operations
- Act as Manager on Duty during shifts
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
- Monitor inventory and assist with receiving merchandise
- Support visual merchandising standards
- Deliver outstanding customer service
Requirements
- 2+ years in retail/customer service
- 6+ months in a supervisory or lead role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Skills: POS systems, cash handling, inventory management, visual merchandising
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, attention to detail
